Ohio Revised Code 1347.15 requires Ohio State Racing Commission to adopt rules regulating access to the confidential personal information the agency keeps, whether electronically or on paper. Our rules on confidential personal information may be found in rules 3769-2-38, 3769-2-39, 3769-2-40, and 3769-2-41 of the Ohio istrative Code.
